THE ASK:

LEWA MARATHON SAMPLING.

Running a marathon at an African wildlife conservancy presents some unique challenges. The Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in northern Kenya is home to the annual Lewa Safari Marathon, organized by Tusk in partnership with Lewa and Safaricom. Each year participants share the reserve with several large African predators including lion, leopard, hyena, and wild dog.

Activity Objectives:

• Create a unique consumer experience via a drink sampling mechanism and impact loyalty towards the brand.
• Create awareness for the marathon participants on the Lucozade Boost brand.

• Outcome:
• 4,000 bottles of 380 ML PET LUCOZADE BOOST BOTTLES sampled.
• 3,000 packets of 1 LTR LUCOZADE BOOST sampled.
• 500 bottles of 250 ML RIBENA PET BOTTLES sampled.
